Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for tournament entry fees and deposits on Trade Quest Professional.

Important Notice

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before entering any tournament. By participating in a tournament, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

1Tournament Entry Fees — Non-Refundable Policy

All tournament entry fees are strictly non-refundable once a tournament has started.

When you submit an entry fee and the tournament commences, the fee is immediately allocated to the tournament prize pool and platform service fee. At this point, no refund can be issued regardless of:

  • Your performance or results in the tournament
  • Technical difficulties on your personal device or internet connection
  • Voluntary withdrawal from the tournament after it has started
  • Dissatisfaction with tournament outcomes
  • Change of mind after the tournament has commenced

Pre-Tournament Cancellation: If you wish to withdraw before a tournament officially starts, please contact support immediately. Pre-start cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

2Refunds for Cancelled Tournaments

A full refund of your entry fee will be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Trade Quest Professional officially cancels the tournament before or during the event
  • A critical platform-wide technical failure prevents the tournament from being conducted fairly
  • Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the cancellation of the tournament

In these cases, all entry fees collected for the cancelled tournament will be refunded in full to the original payment method or credited to your Trade Quest wallet, at our discretion.

Note: Minor technical issues affecting individual users (e.g., personal device problems, local internet outages) do not qualify as platform-wide failures and do not entitle users to a refund.

3Refund Processing Timeframe

For approved refunds, the following processing timeframes apply:

Credited immediately to your Trade Quest wallet balance

Card Refund

3–7 Days

Returned to your original credit or debit card

Bank Transfer

5–10 Days

Transferred directly to your registered bank account

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Trade Quest Professional is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

4Deposit Refunds and Withdrawals

Funds deposited into your Trade Quest wallet that have not been used to enter a tournament may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

  • Your identity has been verified in accordance with our KYC requirements
  • No active disputes, chargebacks, or fraud investigations are pending on your account
  • The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold specified in your account settings
  • Bonus funds and virtual rewards are excluded from cash withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days after verification is complete.

5Chargeback Policy and Fraud Prevention

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Trade Quest Professional is considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, you must:

  1. Contact our support team immediately at support@tradequest.pro
  2. Provide details of the disputed transaction including date, amount, and reference number
  3. Allow Trade Quest Professional up to 5 business days to investigate and resolve the issue

Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
  • Forfeiture of all wallet balances, bonuses, and pending prizes
  • Reporting to fraud prevention networks and credit bureaus
  • Potential civil or criminal legal action for fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Recovery of all costs incurred by Trade Quest Professional due to the chargeback

Trade Quest Professional employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute fraudulent activity.

6Bonus Funds and Virtual Rewards

Bonus funds, virtual rewards, trial tournament winnings, and promotional credits are:

  • Non-refundable and non-withdrawable as cash
  • Subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion
  • Forfeited upon account closure or termination for violations
  • Subject to expiration as specified at the time of issuance

The 250% deposit bonus virtual funds are promotional in nature and cannot be directly withdrawn. They are intended to enhance your tournament participation experience.

7How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request for an eligible cancelled tournament:

  1. Email support@tradequest.pro with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Tournament Name]"
  2. Include your registered email address and account username
  3. Provide the tournament name, date, and entry fee amount
  4. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed according to the timeframes outlined in Section 3.
