By creating an account, accessing, or using Trade Quest Professional ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and all other legal documents referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

To use Trade Quest Professional, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where skill-based trading competitions are prohibited
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform

Trade Quest Professional reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to meet these requirements may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

As a user of Trade Quest Professional, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensuring your contact information remains accurate and up to date
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

Users must not:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulate or exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Engage in collusion, fraud, or any form of cheating
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rules or restrictions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff members
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise platform security
• Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

Trade Quest Professional operates as a skill-based trading competition platform, not a gambling service.

Success on the Platform depends primarily on your trading knowledge, strategy, risk management, and decision-making skills. While market simulations involve elements of chance, outcomes are predominantly determined by participant skill and expertise.

Important: There are no guaranteed profits. Past performance does not indicate future results. You may lose your entry fees. Participate responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose.

Entry fees are required to participate in tournaments. Once a tournament begins, entry fees are non-refundable except in cases where Trade Quest Professional cancels the tournament.

Prize distribution is based on tournament rules and leaderboard rankings. Trade Quest Professional retains a platform service fee from each tournament prize pool, which is disclosed before entry.

Winners will receive payouts according to the tournament structure. Payouts are processed within the timeframe specified in the tournament details.

Trade Quest Professional may offer virtual funds, bonuses, or promotional credits. These are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements and expiration dates.

Virtual funds cannot be withdrawn as cash and are intended solely for tournament participation. Abuse of promotional offers may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Quest Professional, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
• Decisions made based on platform data or simulations

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of entry fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim.

Trade Quest Professional reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to verify your identity when requested
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Any conduct that harms the Platform or other users

Upon termination, you forfeit all virtual funds, bonuses, and pending prizes. Real funds may be returned after verification, subject to our refund policy.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on Trade Quest Professional are the exclusive property of Trade Quest Professional or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of South Africa. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution.

Trade Quest Professional reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
