The Trade Quest 100 Championship is a week-long intensive trading competition where skill, strategy, and precision determine the winners. Unlike traditional trading competitions, our championship focuses purely on skill-based trading decisions, ensuring a level playing field for all participants.
This year's championship will take place from December 15-22, 2024, featuring multiple trading sessions across different market conditions and asset classes. Participants will compete in real-time, with live leaderboards tracking every move.

How to Qualify
Qualification for the Trade Quest 100 Championship is earned through consistent performance throughout the year. Here's how you can secure your spot:
- Top 50 Annual Leaderboard: The top 50 traders on our annual leaderboard automatically qualify
- Platinum Tier Winners: Win any Platinum tier tournament in Q4 2024 to earn a direct entry
- Qualification Tournaments: Compete in special qualification tournaments held in November 2024
- Wild Card Entries: 10 spots reserved for outstanding performers selected by our panel
Tournament Format
The championship follows a unique multi-stage format designed to test every aspect of trading skill:
Stage 1: Opening Round (Days 1-2)
All 100 participants compete simultaneously. Each trader starts with a virtual balance of R10,000. The top 50 performers advance to Stage 2.
Stage 2: Semi-Finals (Days 3-5)
The remaining 50 traders face increased difficulty with more volatile market conditions. Balances reset to R15,000. Top 20 advance to the finals.
Stage 3: Grand Finals (Days 6-7)
The elite 20 compete in the ultimate showdown. Starting balance: R25,000. Live-streamed with real-time commentary. The top 3 performers claim the championship titles and major prizes.
Rules & Regulations
- All trades must be executed within the designated trading sessions
- Maximum position size limits apply to ensure fair competition
- Automated trading bots and scripts are strictly prohibited
- All participants must maintain positive sportsmanship and ethical conduct
- Decisions by the tournament officials are final
